The surprise kicked off with the remodel of the dilapidated, tight, and inefficient kitchen. The colocation of the small laundry area and flawed floor plan made this space difficult for feeding and entertaining. The twins set out to completely remodel the kitchen and adjoining bathroom and laundry room, decorating them with dark cabinetry and bright walls. Changing the kitchen layout and reworking the workflow, their team crafted a new experience to benefit Roger and his partner's lifestyle.

The outdoor kitchen features a modern custom grill island built and installed by the design team from Summerset Superstore. The massive  42" Estate Grill by American Made Grills   combines luxury gas grilling with sophisticated style and features, while the  Outdoor Oven from Summerset Grills  makes this a proper Italian kitchen. The massive double outdoor refrigerator provides all the storage you need to keep ingredients and drinks cool and fresh when needed, so you can always have them ready.

Once again, the Property Brothers transformed and rejuvenated a space with quality design and artistry to match the client's tastes. The reveal was thrilling, and they were humbled by LeAnn's generosity and excited to see Roger so moved with his new kitchen. At Firegear, we are overjoyed to play a part in bringing happiness to such amazing people.
